We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Petroleum Analyst/Associate to join our team at CCO, LLC. This role seeks to support our fuel operations by monitoring performance metrics, generating reports, and providing data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze fuel sales, volume trends, and pricing data across all locations.
• Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
• Support forecasting and inventory management efforts using historical data and current trends.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize fuel purchasing and logistics.
• Identify variances in performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Assist in budgeting and monthly reporting cycles.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity relevant to fuel pricing and demand.
• Create maintenance invoices and track profitability at each location.
• Other job related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field, preferred but not required.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, petroleum/fuel operations, or retail analytics preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
