Prairie Co-op is hiring a Full Time Petroleum Coordinator in the Petroleum Department in our Home Centre located in Melville, SK.

What you’ll do:

Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.

  • Answering phones and coordinating deliveries with Petroleum Drivers as well as other dispatching duties.
  • Responsible for performing administrative duties such as weekly reconciliations and inputting pricing.
  • Responsible for assisting the department in the completion of inventory processes.
  • Being a leader in Health and Safety in the department by assisting in the completion of Health and Safety documents.
  • To be available to complete deliveries of Ag and oil product on an as needed basis.
  • Warehousing and receiving of products for the department.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Able to lift up to 50lbs and participate in team lifts
  • Have a valid Class 5 Driver’s license
  • Willing to obtain a forklift license
