Dior Pharmaceuticals is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executives to strengthen our B2B Pharma Manufacturing & Third-Party Business. The role involves lead generation, client communication, brand promotion, and coordination with internal teams for smooth execution of orders.

We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals who are eager to grow in the pharma manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Dior Pharmaceuticals’ B2B manufacturing services across:
• Ayurvedic products
• Nutraceuticals
• Cosmetics & Personal Care
• OTC products
• Oils, Ointments, Syrups, Tablets, Capsules, etc.
• Generate and follow up on business leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, portals, and exhibitions
• Communicate with pharma companies, distributors, startups, and brand owners
• Explain product ranges, certifications, MOQs, pricing, timelines, and manufacturing capabilities
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product lists
• Coordinate with production, regulatory, and dispatch teams for order execution
• Maintain CRM records, client databases, and daily follow-ups
• Assist in marketing campaigns, presentations, and brand visibility activities
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Candidate ProfileQualification

• Graduation in Pharmacy / Science / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Marketing / Business Administration or related field
• MBA (Marketing) or B.Pharm/M.Pharm will be an added advantage

Experience

• Freshers: Welcome (training will be provided)
• Experienced: 1–5 years in B2B pharma marketing / third-party manufacturing / PCD / contract manufacturing preferred

Skills Required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Professional email & WhatsApp communication skills
• Basic knowledge of pharma manufacturing & regulations (preferred)
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email, CRM tools)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Confident, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
