Experience Required:

1 to 10 years of proven field experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Profile / Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and chemists.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers in assigned territories.

Achieve sales targets by increasing product awareness and ensuring regular prescriptions.

Plan and execute field visits across Nanded, Kinwat, and surrounding areas to expand product reach.

Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities at the ground level.

Ensure product availability at retail and wholesale chemists through effective distribution management.

Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management for strategic planning.

Maintain daily call reports (DCRs), sales reports, and customer feedback.

Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 3 years to 10 years of work experience as a Medical Representative in reputed pharma companies.

Strong doctor & chemist network in Nanded, Kinwat, and nearby districts is highly desirable.

Good knowledge of pharma products, brands, and therapeutic segments.

Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Ability to organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education programs) and marketing activities.

Qualification:

Graduate in Pharmacy / Science / Commerce (B.Pharm, B.Sc, B.Com preferred).

MBA in Marketing (added advantage, not mandatory).
