Position- Key accounts Manager
Location: Mumbai
Division: Nephrology/Gastro/Oncology/Diabeto

Job Responsibilities:
To act as the bridge between the company and its key clients, understanding
their unique needs, anticipating challenges, and providing personalized
solutions.
Revolve around client service, revenue growth, strategic planning,
collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Promote and sell the company's medications to doctors, pharmacists, and
other relevant healthcare professionals.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets assigned to your key
accounts.
Effectively communicating the client's needs, challenges, and feedback to
relevant teams, advocate for improvements and tailor solutions that enhance
the client experience.
Identify and manage potential risks within key accounts.
Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to
encourage repeat purchases.
Lead generation and following up on leads generated.
Researching competitor’s medications and their respective market
performances.
Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the
effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy preferably or any other field.
Proven medical sales experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Persuasive and resilient.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
