Position- Key accounts Manager
Location: Mumbai
Division: Nephrology/Gastro/Oncology/Diabeto

Job Responsibilities:
 To act as the bridge between the company and its key clients, understanding
their unique needs, anticipating challenges, and providing personalized
solutions.
 Revolve around client service, revenue growth, strategic planning,
collaboration, and continuous improvement.
 Promote and sell the company's medications to doctors, pharmacists, and
other relevant healthcare professionals.
 Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets assigned to your key
accounts.
 Effectively communicating the client's needs, challenges, and feedback to
relevant teams, advocate for improvements and tailor solutions that enhance
the client experience.
 Identify and manage potential risks within key accounts.
 Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to
encourage repeat purchases.
 Lead generation and following up on leads generated.
 Researching competitor’s medications and their respective market
performances.
 Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the
effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.
 Any other responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in pharmacy preferably or any other field.
 Proven medical sales experience.
 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
 Strong negotiation skills.
 Excellent organizational skills.
 Effective communication skills.
 Exceptional customer service skills.
 Persuasive and resilient.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:

  • total work: 2 years (Required)
  • Pharmaceutical sales: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)

Work Location: In person
