The Role
As a Pharmacy Health & Beauty Advisor, you’ll bridge the gap between healthcare and self care. You will be the friendly face our customers rely on for everything from over the counter health advice to personalized skincare, cosmetics, and wellness recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Health & Beauty Consultations: Help customers find the right healthcare remedies and beauty products, offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to their unique needs.
- OTC & Wellness Advice: Provide confident guidance on over the counter medicines using standard protocols, consulting with our Pharmacist whenever expert medical advice is needed.
- Visual Merchandising & Stock Control: Keep our health and beauty counters beautifully presented, manage stock rotation, check deliveries
- Customer Experience & Operations: Process till transactions efficiently, maintain high standards of store cleanliness, and uphold strict patient privacy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in pharmacy, retail, or the beauty/cosmetics industry is a plus, a passion for skin health, beauty, and customer care is essential.
- Key Skills: Warm communication style, basic IT proficiency and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: work full-time, including rotating weekend shifts.
