We currently have an opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team in Raheny Dublin 5 at Your Local Pharmacy.
This position is full time working five days per week, no late nights, no weekends
Experience working in an Irish pharmacy is essential for this position.
Excellent opportunity for a current manager looking to make a change to a new company or a current assistant manager looking to further their career.
Skills Required
- Retail Management experience an advantage
- Pharmacy experience required
- Pharmacy Technician qualification an advantage
- Effective influencing, leadership and negotiation skills
- Ability to coach and mentor team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analysing and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
Main duties
- Driving sales and reaching targets
- Ensuring all team members are aware of and understand their roles and responsibilities in the pharmacy
- Leading the team to be productive
- Encouraging colleagues development and identifying training needs
- Seeking new business opportunities
- Any additional duties or ad hoc projects as they arise.
