Job Title: Pharmacy Manager – Full Time
Location: Waterford City, Ireland

Overview:
Med Connect is currently recruiting a Pharmacy Manager on behalf of a well-established community pharmacy in Waterford City. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a fantastic opportunity to lead a professional team in a modern and supportive pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
• Provide advice and excellent customer care to patients.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage pharmacy staff.
• Maintain stock levels and manage inventory efficiently.
• Support business growth through patient engagement and professional services.
• Collaborate with local healthcare providers and community partners.

Requirements:

• Managerial experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a dynamic retail or pharmacy environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding patient care and community service.
