We are seeking an Over the Counter Sales Assistant to join our team. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Able to take own initiative as well as work well within a team.

The role will involve:

• Engaging actively with customers and providing a high standard in customer service.
• Advising customers about the safe and appropriate use of OTC medicines and products.
• Communicating effectively with a diverse range of people, including patients, pharmacy staff and other health professionals.
• Managing pharmacy stock levels and ensuring date checking is done according to store policy.
• Cash handling/till duties.
• Maintaining good house-keeping and cleaning of pharmacy shop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €13.50-€17.73 per hour
