Principle Labs is URGENTLY SEEKING a Phlebotomist for a Medical Office in Newark, NJ. Must have previous phlebotomy and specimen collection experience. Must be available to start IMMEDIATELY. This position is TEMPORARY with a possibility for a permanent position in the future.

Responsibilities include:

• Needle sticks on patients with a history of being a difficult stick.
• Obtaining urine specimens
• Collecting nasal swab specimens
• Labeling specimens and filling out patient information accurately.
• Preparing specimens for shipment to the lab
• Crossing Reports into Clients LIS system

Schedule:

• Monday-Saturday 6am-12pm

The right candidate will have relevant experience and be dependable. Must be able to work professionally with office staff and patients. Must have strong computer skills and good time management skills.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
