Phone Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are a CBD & Kratom Manufacturer looking to add hungry inside phone sales reps to our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Inside Phone Representative. As a Phone Representative, you will be responsible for outbound calling to potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and has strong communication skills who loves the phones. This is a heavy phone sales position.

Duties:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions
- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our software system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure sales

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to learn and navigate software systems effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $100,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
