Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Photographer & Videographer to capture compelling visual content that elevates our brand and engages our audience. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality photographs and videos across various platforms, ensuring each piece aligns with our artistic vision and marketing goals. Duties

• Plan, organize, and execute photoshoots and video productions for marketing campaigns, events, and social media content for real estate and immigration
• Capture high-resolution images and videos using professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Edit and enhance photos using software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One, ensuring accurate color management and photo manipulation
• Edit videos with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other editing tools to produce polished final cuts suitable for multiple platforms
• Develop creative concepts in collaboration with the marketing team to align visual content with brand messaging
• Manage post-production processes, including color grading, sound editing, and visual effects, to ensure high-quality output
• Maintain an organized archive of all media assets and ensure the timely delivery of content for various channels

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography and videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere), Final Cut Pro, Capture One, and other editing tools
• Solid understanding of color theory, color management, and photo/video post-production techniques
• Ability to operate professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording devices
• Knowledge of social media management best practices to optimize content for different platforms
• Strong art direction skills with an eye for composition, detail, and storytelling through visuals
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
