Who We Are
Intel Servers Group is looking for Physical Design Engineering Intern to come and work on the latest server products.
Who You Are
Your responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
Learn and preconforms all aspects of Physical design starting from RTL all the way to GDS for Intel Sever group.
You will be actively engaged in the overall SD execution and will be working tightly with Logic, DFT and Physical Design teams.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering
Candidate should be willing to complete at least 6 months of internship program.
Preferred Qualification
Knowledge in Physical Design Flow
Inside this Business Group
Xeon and Networking Engineering (XNE) focuses on the development and integration of XEON and Networking SOC's and critical IP's sustain Intels Xeon and 5G networking roadmap.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $63,000.00-$166,000.00
- Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
