  • Documenting patient visits, interventions, and progress accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Promoting patient safety and providing compassionate, patient-centered care in the home environment.

Home health experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to provide training and support to help you grow in this rewarding specialty.

Strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, organization, and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential. You'll be supported by a strong team while enjoying the autonomy to structure your day and deliver care that truly makes a difference.
