Physician Assistant-Certified / Nurse Practioner (Urgent Care)

Medicus Urgent Care is currently seeking qualified Physician Assistants (PA-C) and Nurse Practitioners (NP) and part-time position working 6 to 8 shifts a month which would include one weekend. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing comprehensive patient care, including physical and DOT exams, suturing, splinting, I&D, and wound care.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as x-rays and laboratory results.
- Managing patient communication, test result follow-ups, prescriptions, and specialist referrals.
- Maintaining accurate EMR documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Adhering to established clinical policies and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Current PA-C or NP certification.
- Proficiency in suturing, administering injections, and patient assessment.
- Experience with EHR systems and medical office operations.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
