We are seeking a dedicated Physician Office Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical office nursing, with expertise in patient assessment, clinical procedures, and healthcare documentation. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional patient care within a dynamic outpatient setting, supporting physicians and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

<Responsibilities>

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, history taking, and physical examinations.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
  • Administer injections, medications, and vaccines.
  • Manage laboratory specimen collection, processing, and documentation using EMR system.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and documentation standards.

<Qualifications>

  • CNA, CMA, Nurse Aide, EMT with a contagious and positive work ethic, friendly and professional. New Grads welcome!
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring memory or dementia care.
  • Prep charts by ensuring all related reports, labs and information is available in patient's medical records prior to their appointment
  • Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, and prepare sterilization as required
  • Assist with maintaining vaccine inventory, medical supplies, etc.
  • Follow all HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  • Experience is preferred but willing to train the right individual.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
