Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Diagnosis:

Conduct thorough assessments of individuals' physical condition, mobility, strength, and range of motion.
- Diagnose physical impairments and develop individualized treatment plans to address specific needs.

Rehabilitation & Treatment:

Administer physiotherapy treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities (e.g., ultrasound, heat/cold therapy, electrical stimulation).
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to enhance physical function, mobility, and independence.

Progress Monitoring:

Track and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery and function.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, occupational therapists, and special educators, to provide coordinated care.
- Provide support and guidance to family members or caregivers on home exercises and care routines.

Educate individuals and their families about physical conditions, rehabilitation exercises, and strategies to prevent injury or improve mobility.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Prepare reports for the administration, parents, or other relevant parties, as needed.

Equipment & Resource Management:

Recommend and help with the use of assistive devices or mobility aids to enhance functional independence.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safety of physiotherapy equipment and resources.

Provide first aid and immediate care in case of injury or emergency.
- Address any complications that may arise related to physical disabilities or rehabilitation.

Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience
Requirements

If female - require 2 wheel Liscence

If male - require 4 wheel license
-
In-depth knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse range of individuals.

Ability to assess, treat, and support individuals with various physical disabilities and conditions.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
