Velocity Sports Medicine and Training Centre is a multidisciplinary sports medicine and fitness facility located in Burlington.

We are currently looking for an administrator to join our group of professionals! If you are mature, hard working, extremely organized and have strong computer skills then we have the right opportunity for you.

Knowledge in SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING is a big asset.

Job Description:

• Greeting all patients in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Answering telephone calls, providing accurate information to patients regarding their upcoming appointments & treatments
• Booking appointments for Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Chiropractic
• Taking payments, handling cash/debit/credits and accurately balancing at the end of the night
• Ensuring the smooth running of the office, including the complex flow of confidential information
• Ensuring office/clinic space is clean

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a administrative/clinic role is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask while keeping patient service a top priority
• A team player with a friendly disposition
• Stong command of the english language

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
