Pick & Pack & Inventory Specialist

We are a fast-growing Manitoba company looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Pick & Pack & Inventory Specialist to join our operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare shipments for courier and freight carriers
• Receive and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts
• Label, organize, and store products appropriately
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Work closely with operations to ensure orders are fulfilled on schedule
• Support other warehouse and operational tasks as required

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems are an asset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Requirements

• Valid driver's licence
• Reliable personal vehicle for commuting to our Stony Mountain facility
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
