Food Pickup (Nikhala) Staff Responsibilities

• Receive Food from Kitchen
• Collect prepared food from the kitchen promptly.
• Check that all items match the order ticket.
• Verify Order Accuracy
• Ensure the correct dishes, quantity, and special requests are included.
• Confirm food quality and presentation before dispatch.
• Coordinate with Service Team
• Communicate with waiters and kitchen staff regarding order status.
• Inform the service team when orders are ready.
• Maintain Food Temperature
• Ensure hot food remains hot and cold food remains cold while waiting for service or delivery.
• Organize Pickup Counter
• Keep the pickup area clean, organized, and free from clutter.
• Arrange orders systematically to avoid confusion.
• Support Dine-In Service
• Assist in delivering food to tables when required.
• Help expedite service during busy hours.
• Manage Takeaway and Delivery Orders
• Check packaging quality and completeness.
• Ensure all condiments, cutlery, and bills are included before handing over orders.
• Report Issues Immediately
• Inform supervisors of missing items, delays, customer complaints, or food quality concerns.
• Follow Hygiene and Safety Standards
• Maintain personal hygiene and food safety practices at all times.
• Keep the pickup station sanitized and clean.
• Reduce Order Delays
• Monitor pending orders and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
