Role: Picker and Packer
Responsibilities:
Good to have:
Note: This role may require standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks. Successful candidates will be reliable, hardworking, and able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick orders from warehouse inventory based on provided list
- Pack and label orders accurately to ensure safe and timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse shelves and work area
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management
- Meet productivity goals and deadlines consistently
Good to have:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
