Key Responsibilities of a Picker Packer:

• Picking: Retrieving items from shelves or storage locations according to an order or pick list.
• Packing: Preparing items for Logistic by placing them in boxes, bags, or other packaging materials, ensuring they are protected from damage.
• Labeling: Applying shipping labels with the correct destination and order details.
• Inventory Management: Contributing to inventory accuracy by scanning items and updating inventory records.
• Order Accuracy: Ensuring that orders are filled accurately, with the correct quantities and items.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Material Handling: Moving items using manual or mechanical methods, sometimes including pallet jet.

• Attention to Detail: Accurately picking and packing orders requires a keen eye for detail.
• Physical Stamina: The job involves standing and walking for long periods, as well as lifting and moving items.
• Organizational Skills: Keeping the work area and inventory organized is crucial.
• Communication Skills: Collaborating with other warehouse workers and communicating with shipping personnel.
• Basic Math Skills: Counting items and verifying order quantities.
• Safety Awareness: Adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,100.00 - $3,000.00 per month
