Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Pilates Instructor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for teaching who is available to work evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality Pilates instruction to individuals and groups in private, semi-private class settings.
• Tailor sessions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, promoting long-term engagement and success.
• Work collaboratively with the Path Pilates team to support studio events, workshops, and community initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Certification from a recognized Pilates training program (e.g., STOTT, Balanced Body).
• Availability to work evening hours and weekends.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Pilates in various formats (e.g., mat, reformer, equipment-based).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Bilingual proficiency is desirable for better client interaction
• Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences.
