About JETSET Pilates

JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates experience designed to strengthen both body and mind. We’re redefining what it means to move — combining community, confidence, and consistency inside a luxe, uplifting studio environment.

We’re looking for a Studio Lead who is passionate about people, detail-oriented in operations, and thrives in an energetic, wellness-focused setting. You’ll be the heartbeat of the studio—leading by example, creating a welcoming environment, and driving both performance and culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily studio operations with excellence and organization
• Inspire and support instructors, front desk, and members— helping ensure every class delivers a JETSET experience
• Work sales leads, intro offer conversions, and membership goals
• Study the studio schedule, class rosters, meet members with positivity and welcome them! Remember names and information about clients.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and inventory management
• Opportunity to work community events, local collaborations, and member appreciation experiences
• Provide customer support—welcoming new clients, handling inquiries, and resolving issues quickly and with care
• Communicate daily wins, challenges, and opportunities to leadership
• Support content creation days and social media content

Who You Are

• A natural leader with strong communication and people skills
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Experienced in fitness, hospitality, or retail management (Pilates background is a plus)
• Comfortable using scheduling, sales, and CRM tools (Mindbody experience a plus)
• Passionate about health, wellness, and community building
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings/weekends

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.00 per hour
