We are conducting an urgent recruitment drive for Pipe Stress Engineers with hands-on expertise in Hexagon CAESAR II for the Atkinson project in Vikhroli, Mumbai. This is a fast-track hiring drive. Selected candidates will be issued immediate joining offers post technical interview.

VACANCY BREAKDOWN:

1. Lead Pipe Stress Engineer (15+ Years Experience) - 1 Opening * Must handle end-to-end stress analysis independently and manage client approvals.

2. Senior Pipe Stress Engineer (10 to 12 Years Experience) - 3 Openings

3. Mid-Level Pipe Stress Engineer (5 to 10 Years Experience) - 6 Openings

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Perform static and dynamic pipe stress analysis using Hexagon CAESAR II. * Evaluate nozzle loads, thermal expansion loops, flange leakage, and pipe wall thickness.

* Design and select spring hangers, rigid supports, expansion joints, and structural attachments.

* Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, and relevant international standards.

* Coordinate with piping layout and structural teams for isometric markups and support placement. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

* Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Mandatory proficiency in CAESAR II software.

* Experience range: 5 to 15+ years in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Chemical plant design. * Availability to join immediately or within short notice.
