PIPELINE WELDERS & ASSISTANT WELDERS, for a Leading Fire Fighting System Installation Company

We are a reputed and growing company engaged in Fire Fighting System Installations across Kerala. To meet the demands of our expanding projects, we are looking for skilled Pipeline Welders and Assistant Welders to join our site teams immediately.

Positions Available:

• Pipeline Welders (4G / 5G Certified)
• Assistant Welders / Welder Helpers

Work Locations:

• Trivandrum
• Kollam
• Ernakulam

Eligibility & Requirements: For Pipeline Welders:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in pipeline welding, especially in firefighting piping or industrial projects
• Skilled in 4G/5G welding positions – Arc/MIG welding
• Ability to handle MS, GI piping with precision
• Capable of independent welding as per project drawings and instructions
• Must follow welding safety protocols, quality checks, and inspection standards
• Firefighting piping experience is a major advantage
• Certified welders who have passed tests from any Indian or international companies/agencies are preferred.

For Assistant Welders:

• 1–2 years of experience supporting welders in cutting, grinding, fit-up, and alignment
• Familiar with basic welding tools and safety procedures
• Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior welders
• Freshers can also apply as trainees

Job Responsibilities:

Pipeline Welders:

• Carry out welding of firefighting piping systems (hydrant, sprinkler lines, risers, headers, etc.)
• Ensure quality and leak-proof welds with proper finishing
• Coordinate with fitters/fabricators and follow layout drawings
• Maintain welding logs, follow inspection protocols
• Pipe sizes starting from 25 MM Dia to 300 MM Dia

Assistant Welders:

• Support welders in preparing joints, holding pipes, grinding, and basic welding tasks
• Ensure tools and materials are available at the work site
• Maintain work area cleanliness and follow site safety instructions

Salary & Benefits:

• Pipeline Welders: Starting from ₹30,000/month
• Assistant Welders: Salary based on experience and skill
• Site Allowance / Overtime available
