Plúr Woodfired Pizza is looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our growing team across our Naas and Clane locations in Co. Kildare.

Salary

€36,000 – €38,000 per year

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and responsibilities, and will be discussed during the interview and trial process.

At Plúr, we specialise in authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, using local, high-quality ingredients, naturally fermented dough, and traditional woodfired ovens. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for food quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

The Role

You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our kitchens, ensuring exceptional food standards, smooth service, and strong kitchen leadership.

This position involves working across both our Naas and Clane locations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef, Senior Pizza Chef, or Sous Chef
• Strong experience with dough preparation, fermentation, and woodfired ovens
• Confidence leading a kitchen during busy service periods
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• HACCP certification
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• A genuine passion for great food and hospitality
