Pizza Maker / Pizza Cook – Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Maker / Pizza Cook to join our delivery-focused kitchen in Dublin 12.

This role is ideal for someone who understands pizza dough, oven work, and fast-paced order fulfilment.

The Role

• Prepare and manage pizza dough (stretching, topping, portioning).
• Cook pizzas to brand standards using deck/stone/industrial pizza ovens.
• Execute delivery and collection orders efficiently during service.
• Follow clear SOPs to ensure consistency and speed.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and HACCP-compliant workstation.
• Assist with daily prep and end-of-shift cleaning routines.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience as a pizza maker, pizza cook, or fast-casual kitchen operative.
• Solid understanding of dough handling, fermentation, and oven timing.
• Comfortable working in a delivery-focused environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene (HACCP awareness).
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required.

Important: This is not a chef position and does not require chef qualifications. We are looking for practical, hands-on pizza experience.
