Job Title: Placement Officer cum Admin
Location: Thrissur

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Description
Avodha EduTech is looking for a responsible and well-organized Placement Officer cum Admin to manage student placement activities along with administrative duties. The role requires good communication, coordination, and basic office management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Placement Duties:
- Coordinate with companies for student placement opportunities
- Organize placement drives, interviews, and employer visits
- Maintain placement records and student databases
- Assist students with interview scheduling and placement follow-ups
Administrative Duties:
- Handle day-to-day office administration work
- Maintain student and staff records
- Manage emails, calls, and documentation
- Support management with reports and data entry
Requirements & Skills
- Any graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Experience in placement or administration is an added advantage
