Planning Manager, Risk & Compliance Solutions

We are seeking an innovative and driven Planning Manager to support strategic initiatives across our Risk & Compliance Solutions (RCS) org. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to real change and participate in idea development throughout the product lifecycle. You'll be part of a global team, working with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of meaningful strategic programs that improve our org's operations and risk and compliance delivery across Amazon's diverse businesses.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills with a passion for innovation and an interest in risk and compliance. They should demonstrate the ability to manage projects effectively, work collaboratively across teams, and show potential for strategic thinking.

Key job responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end service delivery of key initiatives (e.g., People Strategy, Leadership Planning, QBR inputs, and P0 metrics), owning specific workstreams within these to completion to a high bar (on time/ to the right quality/ pitched to the needs of the audience)
• Collaborate with internal teams, technical experts, and business leaders to implement and optimize processes
• Assist in funding and roadmap prioritization for RCS initiatives
• Contribute to longer-term plans and vision development for the RCS Leadership Team
• Support the translation of complex, high-level ideas into executable plans
