Job Title: Plant In-Charge (Production, Quality & Dispatch)

Location: Chirawa, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan (On-site)

About Us

We are a fast-growing manufacturer of premium, BIS-certified (IS 15477:2019) tile adhesives, dry-mix mortars, and epoxy grouts. We operate a newly established, fully automated manufacturing facility equipped with multiple heavy-duty ball mills. We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Plant In-Charge to take complete ownership of our factory’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee end-to-end daily manufacturing operations to consistently meet 12-hour shift production targets (up to 20 MT/shift) across multiple ball mills.
• Quality Control (QC): Act as the lead chemist/QC head. Conduct daily mandatory lab tests (tensile adhesion, shear resistance, open time) to ensure 100% compliance with BIS IS 15477 standards.
• Formulation Precision: Strictly supervise the micro-dosing of expensive, highly sensitive chemical polymers (HPMC, RDP) to ensure zero formulation failures or market rejections.
• Dispatch & Inventory: Manage raw material inventory (cement, sand, chemicals) to prevent stock-outs. Coordinate loading, billing, and timely dispatch of finished goods to our dealer network.
• Plant Maintenance: Execute preventative maintenance schedules for heavy machinery to ensure zero unplanned downtime.
• Labor Management: Supervise factory laborers and machine operators, ensuring strict adherence to industrial safety standards and shift discipline.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience acting as a Plant Manager, Production Head, or QC Lead specifically in a Dry-Mix Mortar, Tile Adhesive, or Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of polymer-modified cementitious chemistry and hands-on experience with BIS standard laboratory testing equipment.
• Leadership: Strong operational leadership capable of handling both ground-level factory labor and technical quality reporting.
