Plant & Machinery Sales Representative

Rice Equipment Sales is looking for an experienced and motivated Plant & Machinery Sales Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining positive relationships with existing customers and promoting our range of plant and construction machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling plant and construction machinery to new and existing customers
• Actively generating new leads and developing a sales pipeline
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Following up enquiries, preparing quotations and progressing sales opportunities Representing the business professionally in the market
• Reporting regularly to management on sales activity and opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in plant, machinery, construction, agricultural or related equipment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded
• Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships
• Full driving licence

The Opportunity:

• Full-time permanent position
• Starting salary of €40,000 per year
• Commission on every sale
• Flexible working arrangement combining office-based and remote working
• Six-month probationary period
• Opportunity to grow with an expanding machinery business
• Support from the management team
