Eaton has a modern, state-of-the-art campus in Vantaa, Finland, dedicated to its critical power systems business. The campus brings together all business functions under one roof, including RDE, manufacturing, warehousing, sales and service, and product marketing. Over the past two years, Eaton’s world-class manufacturing site and Customer Experience Center in Vantaa have expanded significantly, welcoming 150 new employees—and we’re continuing to grow. As a Plant Quality Intern, you will monitor production performance and quality metrics to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards. You will address and solve production issues as they arise, driving improvements in quality across production processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating and refining work instructions to support clear and accurate guidance for production teams.
