Work Experience: Min. 3 to 5 years in Ferro Alloys, Powder Manufacturing or Steel Industries.
Job Description:
1. To prepare production plan
2. To Ensure execution of production as per the plan
3. Job allocation & Manpower distribution
4. To Supervise & control resources effectively
5. To Follow standard operating procedures
6. To Follow safety procedures and processes
7. Responsible for training and safety of operators and workers
8. To Ensure accounting of production data
9. To Maintain high performance working culture at shop floor
10. To Monitor housekeeping of shop floor
11. Responsible to check all the steps of production from beginning to end
12. Responsible to report preparation of raw materials
13. Responsible for equipment health & maintenance
14. Preparing daily testing & MIS reports
15. Collection of samples, checking the quality & reporting the same to seniors/management
16. Responsible for implementing 5s & MIS
17. Ensure zero quality defects before dispatches
18. Responsible for taking photos and videos of raw materials, final dispatches, and loading-unloading of materials whenever necessary to ensure quality and avoid contamination
19. Follow other necessary processes as and when instructed by management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
