Plasterer

JNS Construction Services Limited is looking for five full-time plasterers to join the team in the Wellington region now. The ideal candidates will be offered from $26.69 to $29.66 per hour, with 30 to 50 hours of work per week.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing and applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
• Mixing and matching plastering materials to achieve desired finishes.
• Repairing cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections.
• Working with a variety of plastering techniques, including skimming and rendering.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a professional standard and within deadlines.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Three years of relevant work experience in trades, or a level 4 or above qualification in trades is required.
• Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime.
• Must be flexible to work early-morning and late-night shifts.
• Long-term and full commitments are required.
• Physically fit the job and work at heights.
• Be hard-working, reliable, and motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
