Jolly Bubble Whitby Indoor Playground is looking for friendly, energetic and responsible Playground Attendants! We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast‑paced setting, enjoys working in a fun, family focused environment, and brings a positive, customer centric attitude to every shift. As a valued team member, you will help maintain a safe and welcoming space, and ensure every guest has a joyful experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor children in the play areas to ensure safe and appropriate play
• Explain and enforce playground rules in a warm, clear, and confident manner
• Assist with minor first aid when needed (training provided if required)

Guest Experience

• Greet families and provide helpful, friendly service
• Support parents and children to ensure a positive visit
• Assist with check-ins, questions, and general inquiries

Cleanliness & Facility Care

• Maintain a tidy, organized environment that reflects Jolly Bubble standards
• Restock supplies such as wipes, sanitizer, and paper products

Parties & Events

• Assist with birthday party setup, hosting, and cleanup
• Support event flow to ensure families enjoy a smooth, memorable celebration

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience working with children is an asset
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
• Enjoys working in a fast‑paced, family‑focused environment
• MUST have availability to work weekends and holidays as required
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with both children and adults
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a lively environment
• Comfortable using POS systems, booking platforms, and basic computer software
• Criminal Background Check and Vulnerable Sector Check will be required

Additional Assets

• CPR or First Aid Certification
• Food Handler Certification
• Bilingual or multilingual
