Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and the ability to work with various plumbing systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing fixtures and systems in residential and commercial settings. A successful Plumber will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layouts.
- Assemble and install plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or leaks.
- Weld piping as necessary for specific installations or repairs.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople on construction projects to ensure proper integration of plumbing systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes during all plumbing activities.
Skills
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues.
- Experience in reading blueprints and schematics for effective installation and repair work.
- Ability to assemble components accurately while ensuring functionality.
- Knowledge of welding techniques as they apply to plumbing installations.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to plumbing work.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship in all tasks performed.

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
