The successful candidate will be part of the wider mobile team operating out of our Shannon office, servicing our clients in the Shannon/Clare Region. The successful candidate will report into the Facilities Manager and will have a great opportunity to shape the future of our FM services in the mid-west of Ireland across several interesting business sectors.

Role responsibilities

· Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plumbing systems including boilers.

· Perform plumbing installations, upgrades, and modifications as required.

· Fault finding & repair on plumbing systems.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used.

· Provide detailed reports on works carried out.

· Communicating with Clients/Customers and providing excellent customer service.

· Ensure work requests are carried out on time and to a satisfactory level.

· Coordinate subcontractors when required.

Qualifications:

· Fully qualified plumber

· Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

· Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and determining angles

· Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team

· Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor

· Experience with welding is a plus

· Valid driver's license

Role Requirements

· Minimum 5+ years post apprenticeship qualification experience

· Must hold Senior Trade Cert (Plumbing) or National Craft Cert

. Experienced in general plumbing maintenance

. Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work on own and as well as part of a team.

· Ability to manage and prioritize workload
