Overview
Duties
- Read blueprints and schematics accurately to interpret project specifications and execute precise plumbing layouts.
- Perform pipe threading, fitting, and assembly tasks for commercial plumbing applications.
- Operate heavy lifting equipment and perform manual labor involving heavy lifting on construction sites safely and efficiently.
- Follow schematics and technical diagrams to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions during installations or repairs.Experience
- Proven construction site experience with a focus on plumbing or mechanical systems in commercial or residential settings.
- Skilled in construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading, fitting, welding, and assembly.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math calculations relevant to plumbing layouts.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and heavy lifting tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access and material transport.J
Pay: $21.00 - $2,500.00 per hour
