Plumber (Co. Cork)

Key Responsibilities

• Install hot and cold water systems, sanitary ware, and drainage pipework.
• Carry out first- and second-fix plumbing works.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks, and blockages.
• Test and commission plumbing installations.
• Ensure all work complies with Irish Building Regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• National Craft Certificate in Plumbing (SOLAS / QQI Level 6) or equivalent.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
• Full Category B driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years' post-apprenticeship experience.
• Strong plumbing, fault-finding, and communication skills.

Desirable

• RGI certification.
• Confined Space and Working at Heights training.
• Experience in testing and commissioning plumbing systems.
