Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Diagnose, repair, install and service residential and commercial plumbing products
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and HVAC technicians to complete projects
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure they meet code requirements
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Qualifications
- Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber license or equivalent certification
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber
-Valid Driver's License with clean driving abstract
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for plumbing work
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and working in tight spaces
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
