Due to our continued growth in the property industry, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced RGI Plumber, to join our busy team. Leinster Property Services is a professional, well established and fully compliant property services company.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all repairs are completed in accordance industry standards
• Assess and carry out (but not restricted to) responsive repairs effectively & efficiently
• Responsible for (but not restricted to) the effective delivery of Plumbing and Gas works, responsive repairs and planned services.
• Heat Pump experience beneficial
• Ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Work on own initiative to ensure that all repairs are carried out efficiently to ensure the right level of customer satisfaction is achieved.

Required:

• Fully qualified RGI Plumber
• Domestic plumbing experience
• Heat Pump experience beneficial
• Full clean driving licence
• Manual handling (training will be provided)

• Salary: €52,000 plus tax free subsistence allowance

Hours:
39 hour week. 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday. Early finish on Fridays - 3pm.

Overtime available.

Pay: €52,000.00-€61,000.00 per year
