We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber/Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards
• Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras and drain snakes to clear blockages effectively
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and efficiently on various projects
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing installations and repairs
• Conduct plumbing inspections to diagnose issues related to water systems, piping, fixtures, and mechanical components
• Assist with remodeling projects by providing plumbing expertise for renovations or upgrades of existing systems
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future failures and ensure optimal operation

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices and ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading, welding, drain cleaning tools, and power tools
• Familiarity with local building codes, plumbing regulations, and water system standards
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
• Strong mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating a company vehicle or similar transportation equipment
• Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
