About the Role We are a growing plumbing company looking for a Working Foreman Plumber who can bridge the gap between high-level project management and hands-on field execution. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to get in on the ground floor of a new venture while benefiting from a steady, pre-existing pipeline of work through our sister General Contracting firm.

You won't just be "calling shots" from a truck; you will be leading by example in the field, managing projects from the initial underground to the final trim, and ensuring every job meets our standards for quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage residential and commercial plumbing projects from start to finish, including new builds, remodels, and tenant fit-outs.
• Hands-on Leadership: Perform skilled plumbing installations while supervising a small crew and maintaining high safety standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate directly with our sister GC company and other trades to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Material & Planning: Read blueprints, perform material take-offs, and coordinate deliveries to keep the job site moving.
• Problem Solving: Navigate on-site challenges with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience in the field, with a proven track record as a Plumbing Foreman or Lead Mechanic.
• Material Expertise: Expert-level knowledge and installation experience with Copper, Cast Iron, PVC, and CPVC.
• Attitude & Reliability: You show up on time every day with the right attitude, ready to lead and take on responsibilities.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate seamlessly with your crew, inspection teams, and our sister GC.
• Ownership Mentality: You take pride in seeing a project through to completion and owning the results.
• Credentials: Valid driver’s license and deep knowledge of local plumbing codes.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
