Exciting learning and growth opportunity exists for a Dispatcher Trainee.

Dispatchers play a key role in supporting our customers and field technicians, and Dispatcher Trainees will be focused on learning the following accountabilities of the dispatcher role:

• Maximizing technician efficiency through effective scheduling and ongoing monitoring of the scheduling dispatch board
• Notifying customers of technician expected arrival time and following up if there are any unexpected delays
• Following through timely on requests from field technicians, parts awaiting arrival, and estimates provided to customers
• Running reports to capture any follow up needed on jobs; acting on the information generated
• Coordinating technician on-call schedules

Prior experience helpful for a Dispatcher Trainee includes:

• Customer service
• Scheduling appointments through an automated system, in a fast-paced environment
• Scheduling for service-related positions where a technician is going to a home or business
• Analyzing data in real-time to prioritize efficiency and maximize appointments available
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• ServiceTitan operating system
• Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing terminology
