Nous recrutons un Consultant en Gestion de Projets pour l'Administration !
Vous souhaitez mettre votre expertise en gestion de projets et assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage (AMO) au service de projets stratégiques ? Vous avez une forte capacité d’analyse et une approche orientée processus métier ? Ce poste est fait pour vous !
Vos Missions
✅ Piloter des projets stratégiques à destination de la clientèle de l’administration
✅ Participer à la définition des besoins, cadrer le périmètre et les livrables
✅ Rédiger des cahiers des charges et des spécifications fonctionnelles
✅ Coordonner les parties prenantes et assurer une communication fluide
✅ Superviser l’assurance qualité, la gestion des risques et le suivi budgétaire
✅ Mettre en place une gouvernance de projet efficace
✅ Accompagner le changement et assurer le bon déploiement des solutions

Votre Profil
✔ Expérience en gestion de projets et analyse fonctionnelle
✔ Maîtrise de l’AMO et des outils de modélisation des processus
✔ Connaissance des référentiels QUAPITAL & QUAPITAL IT (formation possible)
✔ Expérience avec PROMETA (plateforme BPM de l’État) (formation possible)
✔ Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (Odoo, outils GED…)
✔ Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ Certification en PMI, PRINCE2, HERMES HSPTP ou équivalent
✔ Français & Anglais C1 (Luxembourgeois/Allemand = un plus)
Localisation : Luxembourg
Formation complémentaire assurée si nécessaire
