The Role

We are currently seeking a PMO Manager to lead and mentor the project management team in the successful delivery of complex projects and programs across the organisation. This role is responsible for driving high performance within the PMO, ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with strategic priorities, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the PMO Manager will provide leadership, direction, and governance to project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve successful business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, motivating leadership across project team, fostering a high-performance delivery culture.
  • Lead cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex projects and programs, encouraging innovative thinking, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement in delivery practices.
  • Lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including reporting, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of internal systems and enterprise programs, ensuring they meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Significant demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects or programs, preferably within digital, technology, or enterprise transformation environments.
  • Strong, practical knowledge of core project and program management disciplines, including governance, planning, risk and issue management, financial oversight, and reporting.

Further Details

This role may require occasional work outside of standard business hours to provide support to our global customer base, including US-based customers.
