Po Plm & Masterdata Management Specialist

Position

The PO PLM and Masterdata specialist performs a crucial role in managing and maintaining the PLM system aligned with business goals and developing data management strategies.

Job responsibilities

PO PLM

  • Monitor, configure, and maintain the PLM system to ensure it aligns with business needs.
  • Ensure system reliability and performance through regular updates and maintenance.
  • Provide technical support to internal users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational problems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the PLM system with other business tools.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Deliver training to teams on best practices and new system updates.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to enhance user proficiency.
  • Implement customizations and software developments within the PLM system.
  • Manage requirement gathering, specification definition, and testing for developments conducted by external teams.

MASTERDATA

  • Develop and implement data management strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy by defining data standards and overseeing data governance policies.
  • Maintain data consistency and resolve data-related issues.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to align data practices with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of data workflows.
  • Train teams on proper data management practices.

Profile

  • Degree in economic or engineering
  • Experience with specific PLM systems
  • Knowledge of software development and customization.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and techniques
  • Fluent in english
