United FSP is a commercial pool management company. We are looking for Pool Technicians/ General Laborers to join our growing team!

We specialize in commercial pool maintenance and commercial pool construction.

We are looking for someone preferably with hands on experience in the pool industry. Knowledge of pool chemistry, openings/closings, and all aspects of pool equipment; including pool pumps, filters and heaters, line/cover installations, coping and tile work is preferred. Basic troubleshooting and problem solving skills are used on a daily basis.

We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined and willing to do manual labor.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Inspecting pools according to the local department of Health
• Daily operations & maintenance of the pools
• Checking the water chemistry levels and adjusting when necessary
• Company inventory and follow up on restocking needs
• Operating commercial equipment
• Keeping work areas and company vehicles clean
• Travel to multiple local locations daily

Qualifications and Skills

• Pool Maintenance and general laborer experience
• Pool Water Chemistry
• Must be able to lift 90lbs and ability to handle physical workload
• Willing to work outside - rain or shine
• Good customer service and be self motivated
• Not afraid of heights or small crawl spaces
• Must be able to communicate efficiently
• Must have your own basic tools
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Must have own transportation
• Longer work shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
